Kindergarten:
Child must turn 5 years old on or before September 1, 2025

Transitional Kindergarten (TK):
Child must turn 4 years old on or before September 1, 2025

🔁 When enrolling for TK or Pre-K:
After entering your child’s birthday, the system may default to “Preschool.”
Be sure to change this dropdown to either Pre-K or TK to proceed with selecting Mattie Washburn

1. Click “Enroll a New Student” on the Aeries Online Enrollment Portal.
2. Complete all required fields (student info, emergency contacts, etc.).
3. Upload required documents (or bring them to the school if needed).
4. Submit the enrollment form.

⏳ The online process takes approximately 20–30 minutes.
📌 You can save your progress and return later if needed.

You can upload these documents as part of the online enrollment process, or bring them to the school office between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.

1. Proof of Age & Identity
   • County-issued birth certificate or another valid identification document.
2. Immunization Records
   • Current record of your child’s immunizations. Additional shots may be required before the start of the school year. You do not need to be fully up-to-date at the time of enrollment.
3. Proof of Residency (Any 2 of the following, showing parent/guardian name and address):
   • Property tax receipt
   • Rental or lease agreement or payment
   • Utility bill or contract (e.g., PG&E, water, garbage; cell phone bills are not accepted)
   • Pay stub
   • Voter registration
   • Correspondence from a government agency

Please note: If documents are not uploaded during the online enrollment process, you must submit them in person. Once submitted online, the system will not allow additional upload.

These are not required at the time of enrollment but must be submitted before school starts:

• Proof of Physical Exam
  Download Physical Exam Form
• Proof of Dental Exam
  Download Dental Exam Form

• Enrollment is not complete until all required documents are received.
• If you do not upload documents during online enrollment, you will not be able to upload them later—bring them to the school office.

If you're unable to provide documents, your student may still qualify for immediate enrollment (e.g., foster youth, unhoused families, migrant youth). Please speak with school staff to confirm eligibility.
