Possible traffic delays week of June 3

Hello WUSD Community:

We have been informed by the folks at SMART that starting June 3 they will be doing some heavy equipment work near the roundabout at the junction of Windsor Road and Windsor River Road in preparation for the final track laying. While they have told us the will not be any road closures, there will be flaggers working the area, and there may be periods of delay as equipment, which is big and slow, is moved into place. While the effects will likely be felt primarily at WHS and Cali, be prepared to experience delays if you travel that route to and from your home to your campus. While we are not expecting significant impacts, it may be best to give yourselves a few extra minutes — or find an alternate route — for that last week of school.
